Doug is "one of the most important people in our kitchen" says Norm, the General Manager at the Hyatt Lodge, a four-star hotel/resort on McDonald's corporate campus in Oak Brook. Doug just moved into a community home and was ready to start a new career, flexing his independence and gaining confidence. With the support of Aspire, Doug learned first-hand what the job would be like and took on the role, quickly becoming a great asset to the kitchen staff.
