SINCE ITS INCEPTION OVER 60 YEARS AGO,

Aspire has pushed the boundaries of what is possible for people with disabilities. Today, we are committed to creating a better future for people with disabilities by embracing innovation, creativity, and most of all possibility. Through groundbreaking partnerships, we are launching innovative initiatives and programs that are redefining what's possible for people with disabilities, their families, and the communities across the Chicago metropolitan area, Lake County (Illinois), and southeastern Wisconsin.

Big City Night Benefits Aspire

Aspire Living provides an array of housing options and services to assist adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community, including access to employment and life enrichment services.

Aspire Life Enrichment provides curriculum-based learning opportunities focused on helping people with disabilities building skills needed to achieve their purpose, vocation, health, safety, social connection, and financial acumen.

Aspire Careers provides job training and career engagement services for adults with disabilities to develop a career path that is driven by their strengths and interests, while also helping them experience the independence and pride that accompanies workplace inclusion and gainful employment.

Inclusive Solutions empowers and equips organizations and businesses to prioritize the inclusion of people with disabilities through a consultative approach with a focus on cultivating inclusive mindsets, adopting inclusive behaviors, and building inclusive systems.

Social Enterprises: Aspire Coffeeworks is a dynamic partnership between Aspire, Metropolis Coffee Company and Canteen Vending. Adults with disabilities on the Aspire CoffeeWorks team work side-by-side with Metropolis employees to roast and ship coffee to consumers and nearly 100 office buildings across the country. Aspire Art360 educates and connects artists with disabilities to entrepreneurial opportunities to sell their art to private and corporate collectors.
